Ordered online for NCAA game. Everything was ready on time ordered, hot & correct flavors, prepaid so no waiting in line. I will definitely order again! Great deal on Monday & Tuesday all day 50 cent wings! Also, $1 beers all day every day! Thanks wingstop in Highlands Ranch!

Their Yelp and website both say they are open until midnight but they really close at 11 with the exception of Friday and Saturday. They need to fix their Yelp and website. Also, Christina is very rude. She yelled at me for walking in the store at 11:45PM saying they were closed even though their open sign was on and they advertise to be open.

This location stinks. Seems like every time I stop checking to see if they screwed up my order, they screw it up again. Just like everything down here it's run by people who don't give a crap. Lame.

This place is a Best Kept Secret, especially on NFL game days (sorry for letting the secret out!) The wing flavors are just solid, the hot and bbq flavors are bold and finger licking good, and the natural cut fries have an almost lemony zing that makes them super addicting. I wouldn't dare forget the on-tap Beers for a Dollar. I've spent many a Sunday here with several screens to myself, with dollar tap beers, wings, and fries, and my fantasy football app. Those were truly therapeutic days. The staff doesn't bug you, and so you can be there all afternoon watching football and minding your own business. Awesome just awesome. And since it's not seen as a sit down or bar, there's not many people there and it's not very loud. A good place to really focus on fantasy football! Pro-tip: Order more wings at once since it is cheaper than ordering smaller batches. Once I learned that, my therapeutic Sundays became much more affordable!

We placed an order on 4/15/15 for pick up. when we got home we realized the order was incorrect. We got a box of wings with no sauce so we called the store and talked to the manager. He argued with my wife and said the order was packed right then took our phone number and said he had to RESEARCH it and would call us back. Never called back. We called them to follow up, they just hung up. Poorest customer service we had ever seen. This location and owner don't care about the customer always check your order at this location!!!! We are never coming back!

Wing Stop was cool. I usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings or order wings from BlackJack Pizza. I just happened to notice Wing Stop in my neighborhood and decided to try it out. I got the Cajun and the hot wings boneless style and loved them. It definitely hit the spot that day and it was reasonably priced. Cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings and dare I say better. I like that you can split the types of flavors on one order. It's not really a place I would come and hangout in but it was good as a lunch destination. I'll definitely come back.

Horrible service! We were visiting from Florida and took family here (grandparents, parents and two toddlers) adults ordered beer and all were required to produce I'd. Grandma didn't have one as she was not driving and not paying . Big problem and not customer friendly. ID card scanner didn't work properly and couldn't read valid CO DL. Could read expired OH DL. Staff couldn't override. Food was mediocre. Stay away from this clueless restaurant.

The food here is delicious! I love the fries and boneless wings and they have great weekday specials. A little ridiculous they charge you $0.89 for each dipping sauce you want, though. Service has always been... different to say the least. If you are getting takeout, be sure to check your order before you leave because 9 times out of 10, something will be amiss: no drink, missing fries or dips, bone in instead of boneless. The food keeps me coming back! 5 star food. 1 star service.

Good wings with a variety of sauces from mild to scorching, several draft beers for $1 every day. Godawful music every time I've been in. One of the better wing chains in the area.

I get terrible service every time I go here. For example, the last time I went here, all the employees were in the back talking. They all saw me standing at the register, but didn't say anything like "we'll be with you in a minute". I stood there for about 5 minutes, and then finally asked "can someone please help me". They came over kind of begrudgingly like "how dare you ruin our conversation". The wings taste decent, but at almost $1 per wing, it's really expensive. In addition, the restaurant is always really dirty. It doesn't seem like they follow the health code. So to sum it up, the bad service, overpriced food, and lack of attention to all health regulations will keep me from coming back to this place.

The food is ok sometimes. Usually undercooked most days though. I loved the Wingstop by my old house but tried this one when I moved. The service is their worst asset. Young and dumb basically sums them up. A lot of teenagers working this place who are either high and giggle the entire time your ordering or their stuck up teenagers that think their gods gift to earth or something. I'll be taking my money else where. The firehouse subs right next door is great!

A wing fanatic here...although I have never been to this chain believe it or not LOL (see my other wing reviews). Ok...it was about 15 minutes which is an average to wait to get fresh wings...not bad at all. My bone in wings were smaller sized than normal and about equally bone/chicken ratio. Fries are fresh cut greasy and slightly burned. Sauce was rated 5stars and brought the score up = phenominal. Loved the regular Hot flavor...yum! And their Mango Habanaro is sweet heat and definately more tolerable heat wise than Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habanero which is a tad too hot for me nowadays. What stunk was barely any sauce on the wings...maybe if i would have asked for them wet they would have done that but they just seemed to skimp on the sauce. Service is kind of average. Friendly but looked like a new employee waited on me amd could barely hear him speaking to me from the e hoing music lol, however I am giving him grace and the benefit of the doubt. Music sounds a little echo-ish and makes it hard to hear the words. I will come back to buy sauce and perhaps try the Monday to Tuesday 50 cent boneless wings...maybe they are bigger than the smaller bone in wings I ordered. All in all pleasant experience not too many complaints, would come again....however nothing beats WING HUT IN AURORA as my #1 and Kicking Wings in Lakewood as my #2. As we know....all wings and sauce are not created equal.

Have to love stopping at a place that's known for staying open til midnight yet when you pull up at 10:45pm they lock the door and turn off the signs. Guess I won't be visiting this location again.

Good food but restrooms were horrible. People using cell phones in the cooking area (touching cell phone then touching food). I might try finding somewhere else to eat.

They have lost my business. When they get your order right, it's EXCELLENT. Unfortanately, we dread going there anymore because they get the order wrong more often than not. :( I kid you not, they've messed up our order at least 50% of the time and management's response is completely apathetic. I hope the owner can get a handle on the consistency and service. Ugh.

WE GOT INCREDIBLY ILL AFTER OUR MEAL. We had been in once before, had dine in and everything went fine minus the long wait for our food and lack of napkins/trash cans. We decided to go back and get take out - BIG MISTAKE. What we received in our order looked like it had been sitting around for a while and they were not as good as when dining in. Although this should have deterred me from finishing my meal, I proceeded anyway regretfully so. The wings were shriveled, the flavor was not very good, the sauces seemed off. The morning after we had our take out dinner from this location both myself and my dining partner got incredibly sick. We spent the next 24+ VOMITING with DIARRHEA; unfortunately it was a day we were travelling out of of the country so it was a very long 18+ hour flight. We are absolutely certain it was our meal that we had here as it was the only meal that we had eaten together that day and both of us we so sick we couldn't even keep water in our stomachs. DO NOT EAT TRADITIONAL WINGS HERE, you MAY REGRET IT.

My experience was sub par! The establishment was dirty, tables were dirty I even had to clean my own table !! The soda machine didn't work, told them like three times... wtf guy takes his brake and everything was dirty, nothing worked they gave me a number and acted like they'll bring the order to you. Then they call me up to get it ha what a joke. Terrible customer service ! And the rolls were crappy and cold I hated this experience. Never will I go back. Rather buy wings at wal-mart crap for ten days straight, then ever go back to wingstop.

Ordered a 40 wing family pack for dinner, and was pretty disappointed. The boneless wings had almost no sauce on them and the bone in wings lacked any real flavor. The mango habenero sauce is absolutely awful, just a sweet mess with almost no heat to speak of. The only sauce that had any real heat were the atomic wings. Oh and the fries were undercooked and had zero flavor. I will give wing stop 2 stars because the staff was fairly friendly, however the food alone only earns 1 star.

Maxing to me a place that sells 10 wings for $8 and their bathroom smells like a sewage dump and they can't even provide a towel to wash your hands when your done.

I would give 3.5 stars if possible. Somewhere between "A-OK and "I'm a fan." This Wingstop I visit often as it is the closest one to my work. Product is good, I can usually count on my order being correct, hot and well prepared. On the rare occasion the fries can be soggy/undercooked (which is a biggie with me since I love their fires when done correctly). The staff is usually outgoing and friendly. My one complaint about this location is that they can be slow. I will often place an order online, that way it's ready (or close to ready) when I arrive and several times it's not. Last week is a good example: I checked - I placed my order online @ 07:27pm and I looked at my watch as I left with bag in hand and it said 8:03. It should not take 36 minutes to prepare an order (Order for 1 by the way. I could understand if I ordered food for 10 people). Again, my only complaint, otherwise this location is a good representation of Wingstop.

Online it says they're open till MIDNIGHT. Although when I called to place an order, the guy stated they shut down since they closed at 11. Either the owner needs to check up on his employees or he needs to change the times of service on Google. Whatever the case may be he needs to have better employees with actual customer service skills.

This is the second time our family has been here. Our first experience was identical to our recent visit. We wanted to like it and gave it another chance. The decor is fun and lively, and that is the extent of the positive for us. (1) The guy taking our order spoke so low I had to ask him to speak up. (2) We were charged four dollars over what it should have been. When I asked about it, another guy said it was because I ordered Blue Cheese and it was 94 cents..umm...he asked if I wanted any, so I said yes. I pointed out that the price was still over what it should have been. The guy then threw in some fries. Hello. I actually paid for those by being overcharged. He didn't seem to understand that I was overcharged. I went onto the online ordering site and determined that this was clearly a training issue. The guy charged me for a family pack and extra sauce. I only asked for wings. That's it.(3) The wings were not tasty with not much meat. (4) Teriyaki tasted like the Hawaiian, so I think the sauces were switched somehow. (5) The music was way too loud. (6) We could not find a trashcan. I was highly disappointed with the service and food. This establishment needs to up its game since there are many others in town serving the same fare. Suggestions: (1) Turn down the music. (2) Update the menu so charges are clearly stated. (3) Train staff to familiarize themselves with the menu. confess extra charges or clearly display them on the menu, and repeat the order to the customer before sending the charge through. (4) Add trashcans to the dining area. Your staff does not have time to clear the tables. Customers know how to do it on their own since they also pick up the orders themselves. (5) Check the quality of the food once in a while. These were the worst wings I've had. These are all process improvements and need immediate and prompt attention. You cannot put it on cruise control in a competitive market. No excuses. Read the reviews, owners/managers. Highlands Ranch wants to eat here. This is your chance to make it right.

The wings were not good at all and my stomach was upset afterwards. Would not recommend!!!

Really? Wait 15 minutes for 6 wings and fries? Better be great--but they weren't. Original hot recipe was surprisingly bland. Soda was flat--no carbonation at all. Flat describes my experience. I really expected so much better from a restaurant that specializes in wings.

Lost my business. I get that it was a bronco playoff weekend, but I waited 40 minutes for an order that I put in two hours ahead of time. Even better they Fubar'd my order. Best yet, the folks working here basically had a so what a who cares attitude. What's obvious is that they have poor process management. Why have people order ahead of time when it's meaningless. While a number of us who ordered early waited well beyond our pick up times, random people came and put there orders while we were waiting, got their food and left. Again, a number of people expressed confusion and were met with complete incompetence. I could probably forgive all that for good wings, but nope, the wings were barely warm, scrawny and the fries were limp and over salted. To the owners/management, I challenge you to redpond and do better.

I like the wings....but the service is sloppy. Nobody seems to care. I ordered my 12 wings...get home....and I have 11. WTF. Thanks. You always had an attitude of uncaring. I won't be back.

Horrible!!! They made a mistake on the wings and put wrong sauces on the wings. No big deal, but the girl who worked there was surprised when said can you make the correct wings. Girl on the phone says sorry and says let me ask my manager! That's not all, they asked for the original wings back! Enough said.....

I've had 4 good take out orders from here. Each time the order has been correct, the wings have been good and hot, and the staff has been nice. A 5th star would be possible if they had a better dine in experience.

Favorite wing and fries combo in the area. Service is nothing special but the food is great and makes up for the kind of slow pace.

My favorite are the parmesan & garlic boneless wings - they aren't fatty and gross and don't give me heartburn. The teriyaki is also good. My husband loves the atomic sauce. I love that they are running a special for 60¢ boneless wings right now, makes game night more fun. The staff here are all very helpful and friendly.

Had never been here before, but I was hungry and it was right next to the Red Mango place where we were going to get dessert. We got the BBQ boneless wings which were soooo good. They also have these rolls that are to die for. If your grandma ever made you delicious rolls, odds are you'd love these.
